Growing like weeds

We are embarking on a new adventure: POTTY TRAINING, Sienna has been showing interest for weeks now and so I decided to give it a try, she has been doing pretty well I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing but we'll see how we do. Landon shows no interest which is fine with me. It is so hard to run her to the potty when she has to go since I have Peytan and Landon to deal with but we're working on it.

My three cuties all cuddled up in their jammers, yes Sienna is kissing her and Landon is smacking her but she's tough
Sweet sisters, I'm gonna keep this picture to remind them of how much they love eachother when they're fighting in a few years or make that months

I have absolutely no talent when it comes to doing hair, mine or anyone elses but I figured since I have been blessed with two little girls I better start trying to do something cute. Here is a first attempt, not bad considering I had a wiggly toddler to cope with and fine hair.

she liked it and it kept her hair out of her face, the ziploc is an art project she was working on , mess free painting not as much fun but less work for me

The twins have been very naughty while I have been getting dinner ready at night, they both climb up on the couch, Sienna jumps like a maniac and landon pulls all the books and flash cards out of the book case.

happy birthday Tanner

Happy birthday Tanner, it is so hard to get a good picture with all 3 kids, almost as hard as it is to hold all 3 kids at the same time, poor Peytan was not happy
A quick family picture, Sienna was on the run
Peytan is smiling a lot these days and trying to laugh I finally got it on camera

Peytan sleeping, the little wiggle worm is so good at unswaddling herself, she wakes herself up at night and I have to go reswaddle her so she can go back to sleep, she is so funny

My mom bought Peytan another baby spa since the twins got broken and she loves it as much as they did. She bounces in the water and just looks so relaxed. This is definitely one of my favorite baby items
Tanner turned 27 on Tuesday and we celebrated with dinner out with his family and of course cake. The twins loved the cake although they were all tired and not very cooperative by the time we got around to some pictures.

Pumpkin Carving

The twins love lollipops

Landon playing in the goop

Sienna touching the icky insides

Our pumpkin babies

On Sunday Tanner picked up a couple of pumpkins on his way home from work (it was raining and cold so we skipped the pumpkin patch) the twins picked which one they wanted. We cleaned them out Sienna hated touching the goopy insides but Landon liked it even tasting it and not thinking it was too bad. Tanner carved each pumpkin to look sort of like each child, Peytan's complete with binky even though she really doesn't use one much. The twins had fun eating suckers and watching. I'm trying to get them to say trick-or-treat but as soon as they see the candy they screech. They really like suckers and of course Sienna has an opinion about the flavor and Landon is good with whatever.

A few more pics

The twins loved the pool
I have to explain this picture. 10 years ago when Tanner and I were dating we went to a swim party at the pool. Tanner went in wearing normal clothes but when he came out of the locker room after swimming he did not put his regular clothes back on he came out wearing his bathing suit, cowboy boots and a bath mat from his hotel room. I had to take this opportunity to take a picture of her if she wasn't sick maybe she would have held the bath mat.

Peytan is getting her siblings big BLUE eyes and we are thrilled

My little pumpkins

Sienna loved this little pumpkin. We rode the hay ride out to the field and walked back and she walked the whole way carrying this little pumpkin, of course Grandma had to buy it for her after all that

What we've been up to

We have been sooo busy lately and there never seems to be much time at our house when a child is not awake and needing something. So here is a quick update. My cousins were here a few weeks ago and we spent time going to monkey bizness where the kids had a blast on all the inflatables. We went to Linder farms where the kids loved the corn box and Sienna picked out her own little pumpkin. We went to the firehouse open house where we got to ride a firetruck around town the kids loved it especially the milk and cookies at the end. Then we packed up the kids and my parents and I took the kids to Yellowstone for their first roadtrip for a few days. They did amazingly well and we had fun swimming in the pool and seeing the bears and wolves. Unfortunately the kids also got their first colds and by the time we headed home poor Sienna was miserable. A few days later Sienna woke up and seemed like she felt better but she was having trouble breathing. I took her to the doctor and she ended up getting admitted to PEDS over night where she had breathing treatments and steroid shots. She is now doing well but we have to be careful to keep her as well as we can because she is likely to have breathing issues when she gets sick. Thankfully Landon only has a runny nose and cough and Peytan also seems to have a mild case. We are now home and trying to get some things done while I have 2 weeks of maternity leave left. This weekend we are painting kids rooms and I am so excited to get them done. I am trying to establish some sort of schedule that works for all the kids to make things easier for our baby sitters while I'm working. So I have lots of pictures to add but very little time so here are just a few.
I just love how much these two love and care about eachother. They love to hold hands in the car. They bring eachother their blankets when they see the other needs it just melts my heart. Don't get me wrong they fight and scream at eachother too but I like to capture these moments.
Sienna loved the corn box at Linder farms, my cousin Josh wanted to be buried and when she saw him she layed down and wanted to be buried too. She really was happy.

Landon loved to throw the corn

Peytan is getting so big. She is an extremely happy baby but definitely more high maintenance than the twins. She loves to be held all the time but is getting accustomed to the swing and bouncy seat for a little while. She is getting quite rollie. She is starting to sleep through the night better and we are just loving having her part of our family.

Grandpa and Peytan

Peytan is now five weeks old and getting very big, she is filling out her 3 month clothes nicely and just very rollie. She has started to give some great smiles and is more interactive every day. The twins continue to be great with her. We continue to have good nights and bad nights. last night was great hence I have a chance to update. We have family visiting right now so hopefully we'll get some great pictures since everyone has a camera out all the time. I hope so since I don't know we're gonna put in her baby book.

Twins

Showing their Tiger spirit for Homecoming

Landon in his football jammers

Showing off her sharp teeth by destroying a beach ball

Looking so sweet

Not so sweet, she bit Landon right on the cheek. Since this picture was taken I caught her in the act of biting and she got in big trouble and hasn't bitten since it has been over a week.
